3M™ Double Coated Tissue Tape 9810T and 9888T feature a tissue carrier for dimensional stability and improved handling with ease of die cutting and laminating. Double-coated acrylic adhesive is suitable for various surface, and possess good performance. 3MTM Product 9810T and 9888T could control adhesive flow into open cell foam and controlled caliper for bond to application surface. For foam laminating, it provides excellent foam stability to reduce stretching and allows to more precise alignment during application. The high-density and high-strength paper liner is excellent for converting process.

Product Description 9080HL is a Double Coated Non-woven Tape with Polycoated Paper Liner. Application Techniques Bond strength is dependent upon the amount of adhesive-to-surface contact developed.Firm application pressure develops better adhesive contact & thus improves bondstrength. For splicing applications, rubbing down the tape prior to removing the liner toexpose the splicing adhesive will improve the splice performanceIdeal tape application temperature range is 21oC to 38oC. Initial tape application tosurfaces at temperatures below 10oC is not recommended because the adhesive maybecome too firm to adhere readily. However, once properly applied, low temperatureholding is generally satisfactory. Applications 9080HL tape is specially formulated for low- and high-speed splicing applications,followed if required by heat-setting or other oven-based processing conditions. The tapemakes an excellent bond to paper and board, and many plastic film substrates includingPolyethylene, Polypropylene and PVC.
3M 9448HK
9448HK is double coated pressure sensitive adhesive tape. High adhesion acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive is coated on both sides of flexible non-woven film. High adhesion acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive has goodbond strength on many types of substrate including low surface energy plastics on which most acrylic adhesive can not adhere well. Initial tack of this adhesive is not so effected by temperature change and good tack even at cold environment. Soft acrylic adhesive can penetrate rough surface and show good bonding. Paper liner is chosen to provide high suitability to converting processes such as die cutting.
